Photograph it, don’t type it
Take a picture of the invoice. The app reads it.
From a garage invoice it takes the amount, the date and the odometer. From a fuel receipt, also the litres, the price per litre and the station.
The reading happens entirely on the phone. It works offline, and no photo is uploaded anywhere.

We say what leaves
A vehicle identification number, only when you ask for a VIN lookup. On Android, the Google component that reads text sends technical data about how it ran, never the photos or the text.

When is it out?
LudoCar is in its final round of testing on Google Play. This page changes on the day it can be installed.
Is there an iPhone version?
Not yet. Once LudoCar is on Google Play, the App Store submission starts too.
Do I need an account?
No. Open the app and add your car. There is no account, password or email address to give.
What if I change phones?
In Settings you export one archive with everything, photos included, and import it on the new phone. Nothing is copied anywhere automatically, so without the archive nothing moves.
Does it work offline?
Yes. Reminders, invoice scanning and the calculations all work offline. The internet is needed only for checks on official sites and VIN lookups.
Which languages?
Romanian or English. You change it inside the app, without touching the phone’s settings.
